Reader Services

1. Valid ID Proof
2. Valid Address Proof
3. One Passport Size Photograph
4. Registration Fee Rs.100 (Annual)

     Note- Candidate should present all original document during the registration.

Main service of the library is to issue books and other study materials to readers. Library provides lending service to its readers for maximum of one month. The books may be renewed further for one month more. The book may be renewed for maximum of two times. For late return of books, Rs 1.00 per book per day late fee will be charge.

Reference service is to assist the readers to find the information and to use the library resources in an effective manner.
Library staff provides the information about library collection and use a variety of reference books. Also help the readers in
locating reading materials.

Reprographic service is available in the library. Xerox machine has been installed in reprographic section. The readers can get xerox copy of study materials after sign a declaration on nominal charge i.e. Rs. 1.00 per page.

Library provides service for students and competitors of various exams. Standard competitive books are available for various competitive examinations like IAS, PCS, UGC-NET, SSC, Railway, Bank, Engineering, Medical, Etc.

There is available vast collection of rare and out of print books, Urdu, Arbic, Persian, Sanskrit and Kasmiri language manuscripts in library. Research scholars and other needy users can use these reading materials on their demands.

Library conducts various extension programs work to sustain public interested in library.
